Holland & Sherry Ltd Return & Refund Policy

 

 

  • Holland & Sherry is unable to provide refunds or cost-free replacements for any cloth which has been marked, cut or altered during the tailoring process.

 

  • Refund claims must be intimated to Holland & Sherry within 14 days and cloth returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods for a refund to be considered.

 

  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

 

  • To be eligible for a refund, the cloth must be presented back at our warehouse uncut, unmarked, unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Any return that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

 

  • Customers dealing with third parties must ensure that the third party adheres to Holland & Sherry’s refund and returns policy. Any return from third parties that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

 

  • Any loss of credit due to the receipt of poorly packaged cloth from a third party is the responsibility of the customer.

 

  • Returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the original invoice value plus shipping, import duties or other costs incurred by Holland & Sherry.

 

  • Any refund owing will be refunded to the original payment method that was used during the purchase.

 

  • For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

 

  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected
