CAPE HORN

Super 100's Wool Worsted with Cashmere

At the southern-most point of Patagonia lies Cape Horn, one of the oldest, busiest and most famous world trade routes in the world and the region from which this collection takes its name.

The area is governed by strict ecological conservation guidelines which ensures the support and preservation of the local environment, thus making the entire supply chain for our Cape Horn fabrics transparent and sustainable.

This exclusive collection has a long-standing presence in our collection and is recognised by tailors as a go to source for those essential workwear pieces where luxury is key.

Cloth technical specification:

  • 2/2 twill weave construction is a balanced structure that offers superior drape qualities.
  • The yarn used is a 64/2 new metric yarn with a conventional “S” twist for added softness.
  • The wool micron is 18.5μ, which equates to a genuine super 100’s wool quality.
  • With an added 1% Cashmere, Cape Horn fabrics are luxurious to handle and wear.

The wool production for this collection has a low impact on the planet and ecosystem taking us one step closer to preserving our world for generations to come.
